Our surveys are scheduled to take place in the months of February, May, August and November. The next survey will begin on 1 February 2026. Aside from the regular quarterly surveys, we will be inviting randomly selected groups of participants to take part in additional off-cycle surveys. Upon receiving an invitation letter from us, you may choose to participate in these surveys.  
 
If you require any assistance, please call the Centre Hotline from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.
